In the next two years, Yida will provide high-quality elevator products and installation maintenance services for more than 20 industrial real estate projects of Zhongnan High-Tech in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Hubei.

It is a leading enterprise in the integration of domestic production and estate, and has established an industrial town, industrial park and industrial complex with the advantages of the entire industrial chain. The main product line, integrated into the industrial core new city strategic planning, industrial investment, and construction of the three core capabilities.

       Coincidentally, Yida Express Elevator has a good track record in the construction of industrial real estate projects. In 2016, Yida Express Elevator Co., Ltd. and Wanyang Group Co., Ltd. signed an order for 100 elevators in the first phase of the Wenzhou Pingyang Emerging Industrial Park and the Optoelectronics and Food and Drug Machinery Pioneer Park of Wenzhou Economic Development Zone. Through good cooperation, Yida Express Elevator has become the preferred supplier of Wanyang Group. Since the cooperation between the two parties, more than 10 industrial park project contracts have been signed, and the total number of contracts has exceeded 400.  

As is known to all, the elevators required for industrial real estate projects such as logistics centers, industrial parks, and large warehouses are mainly freight elevators with higher load and capacity. Yida Express Elevator has many years of experience in the production of freight elevators. It has EHJ20, EHW20, EHQ20 and other series of freight elevators. The products are designed with advanced control technology and high-strength materials, which can be transported in various environments with the advantages of safety, reliability, high structural strength, durability, stable operation, large door opening distance and high cost performance. It has been favored by many customers and used in many landmark industrial real estate projects.

It is worth mentioning that Yida Express Elevator focuses on the technical difficulties of domestic large-load freight elevators, and is one of the few enterprises in China that can achieve 12 tons of load. After a period of project research and technical research, Yida's “12-ton super heavy-duty traction freight elevator” developed by the company has successfully solved the difficulties of large-span suspension device with a traction ratio of 6:1, the car guide rail system distribution of the load, the machine room weighing mechanism and the arrangement of the guide sheaves, and have won the “2013 Huzhou Technology Innovation Project Award” and the “2014 Zhejiang Science and Technology Achievement Award”, and it were successfully selected as the National Torch Program Industrialization Demonstration Project.
