Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the "third batch of green manufacturing list", Yida Express Elevator Co., Ltd. was listed as a national "green factory"! This is another national “green” award after Yida Express obtained “Zhejiang Green Enterprise” and “Huzhou Green Factory”.

All along, Yida Express follows the concept of “green development” and runs “green” throughout every link of plant layout, product design, manufacturing, and operation management.

"Green" Building

In the factory area of Yida Express Elevator, fresh and pleasant green landscape can be seen everywhere, ginkgo trails, colorful flower fields, leisure lawns and so on purifying the air and improving the ecological environment of the plant, greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees.

Yida Express Factory is built according to the National Green Building Evaluation Standard. The building adopts new energy-saving and environmentally-friendly materials, and uses solar energy and other renewable energy instead of electric energy lighting.

"Green" Intellectual Creation

Yida Express promotes the “green intellectual creation” level by manufacturing process innovation and management innovation. In terms of manufacturing process innovation, the company has greatly reduced production waste and pollutant emissions and saved energy and resource consumption and reduced employee occupational health and safety risks by double-increasing production efficiency and product quality through machine substitution, automatic flow operation, and machine networking.    

In terms of management innovation, Yida Express Elevator integrates EAP, ECS, OA, MES and other systems to integrate information management, design, sales, procurement, material storage, production and logistics of elevator products. The data of management and distributed automatic production line is integrated to realize automatic distribution, management and progress tracking of processing and logistics tasks, shortening product design cycle and production implementation cycle, and basically achieving paperless office.

"Green" Product

Yida Express Elevator actively improves the application of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies and new materials, vigorously develops the environmental performance and life cycle of the core components of elevators, and introduces more “energy-saving and environmentally friendly” “green products” to the market.

The EKW50 machine roomless series elevator and the EKJ35 small machine room series elevators developed by the enterprise technical team are of “shorter headroom, shorter pit, smaller  shaft”, “saving construction space”, “easy installation”, “energy feedback”, etc., which have been favored by many customers. The energy consumption of the product has reached the "A" green level range of VDI4707 certification, which is at the international leading level.  

"Green" concept 

Green development is an important way for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency, and it is also the social responsibility that enterprises should undertake. The company has funded the “Five Waters Governance” in Nanxun District, organized employees to participate in the inferior class IV water annihilation action, and raised employees' awareness of green environmental protection through various forms of publicity training and practical activities. At the same time, the company actively applied for ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, the ILO's SCORE project certification, actively carried out clean production audit activities, and further improved the green management ability of enterprise through the introduction of international standard system and advanced management mode.  

     Yida Express Elevator also initiated the establishment of “Zhejiang Equipment Manufacturing Industry Intelligent Energy-saving Elevator Industry Technology Alliance”, working with upstream and downstream enterprises and universities to promote the transformation and upgrading of the elevator industry and green development.
