Process knowledge of elevator production line, common knowledge of elevator civil engineering, interpretation of elevator laws and regulations, elevator configuration and quotation learning, business etiquette... The reserve students of Yida Express Elevator have successively carried out more than 10 course training related to elevator foundations in more than 6 months.
“Reserve Training” is a talent training
program implemented by Yida Express Elevator based on medium and long-term
development. It uses normal learning to urge reserve students to continuously
pursue knowledge specialization and “real combat” ability, aiming to explore and cultivate a group of
young people with development potential in the enterprise talent pool, and they
may become managers of the future development of the company through systematic
training.
This year, Yida
Express Elevator has a total of 20 reserve students, mainly graduates. The
company has developed a detailed student growth plan and training schedule for
the students, and will arrange relevant rotation work in a timely manner
according to the individual's wishes, so that they can fully understand the
contents of the company's various positions.
In addition, the
company will select experienced employees to carry out the “guidance, discipline and coaching” responsibility system. Through
the “theory &
practice” mode, the
reserve students will make real improvement in the business skills. After the
overall training, the company will also conduct corresponding assessments for
them.
