rational proposal work, this afternoon, Yida Express Elevator held a summary of
the rational proposal and commendation meeting.
The meeting reviewed and summarized the
work of the 2018 improvement proposal, announced the winners of the fourth
quarter improvement proposal in 2018, and defined the priorities for 2019.

From November 2018 to January 2019, the
company received a total of 45 rational proposals for employees, and adopted 34
of them, which can save more than 200,000 yuan per year. Based on the value of
the implementation proposal for the company, one first prize, two third prizes,
one fourth prize, two fifth prizes and 22 encouragement prizes were selected
for the quarterly improvement proposal.
Since the launch of the rational proposal
in 2015, Yida Express has been advocating the proposal of employees, and the
employees have proposed more than 100 rational proposals every year, saving
more than 600,000 yuan. The recommendations made by employees involve safety,
cost, quality and quick response, various production site issues, process
improvement, site management and other aspects.
The development of rational proposals
